“ Because the roast of the day had sold out at lunch I chose the roast chicken with peanut satay sauce. Slightly altered with the satay and with gravy instead. Dished up with the chicken was roast potatoes, roast carrots, broccolini, mashed potatoes and peas. All the kitchen and the bar staff were very nice, happy and friendly. The gaming room, restaurant, and public bar were all very busy. ”
